The Ministry of Health informs that, since they are now available on a continuous basis for vaccination appointments through the Vaccination Portal, for all persons aged 16 and over, The appointment rescheduling process was updated as follows:

1. Scheduling an appointment for 1th dose: In case a citizen wishes to postpone the appointment of 1th should contact the call center 1474, where he can cancel his appointment. After the appointment is canceled through 1474, the citizen can reschedule a new appointment through the Vaccination Portal.

2. Scheduling an appointment for 2th dose: To reschedule an appointment due to a serious disability, citizens can send the completed information to the following e-mail address: vacrescheduling@mphs.moh.gov.cy:

  • Full name
  • No. ID Card
  • In general, we will delete the personal data we collect from you if it is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was originally collected. However, we may be asked to retain your personal data for a longer period of time due to legal provisions.
  • Date and time of the appointment
  • Vaccination Center
  • Type of vaccine
  • No. Telephone (preferably mobile phone, as a message can be sent)
  • Reason for requesting an appointment change (eg coronavirus case, close case contact, etc.)
  • When reprogramming is desired
