"It is positive that from the countries of category A, but also of category B to a large extent, there are already scheduled flights from June 20 onwards. As for the C-class countries, mainly for the United Kingdom and Russia, the airlines have scheduled flights after July 15. However, everything will depend on the epidemiological situation in these countries, but also on the decisions that will be taken by Cyprus on the prerequisites ", he said.

As Ms. Kouroupi said, the movement of Wizz Air, which is coming to Cyprus with two aircraft, is important. The flights start from the first days of July, with the itineraries announced to be related, in addition to the Greek destinations (Athens and Thessaloniki) are from countries included in category A, which predisposes for immediate benefit for Cyprus.
