Three people, two men aged 32 and 40 and a woman 18 years old, were arrested by the Police of the British Bases of Dhekelia in Ormidia, in connection with a case of possession of a total of 22 grams of the substance "crystal meth". The substance was confiscated.
A written statement from the Base Police states that during a police patrol, as part of its efforts to prevent crime, two people were arrested last Friday, who were accused of possessing "crystal meth" with the intention of trafficking, while a third party faces possession charges ".
Specifically, in the possession of the three persons, a total of 22 grams of the substance "crystal meth" were found and confiscated.
It is added that the three persons appeared on Tuesday 6 July before the Court of British Bases in Dhekelia, which detained the 32-year-old and the 18-year-old until the 29th of the month, when they will appear before the House for trial.
The 40-year-old was released on bail of three thousand euros.
