The pre-primary school and the kindergartens will operate normally and with a physical presence, on January 7, according to a competent source of the Ministry of Education.
Following the announcement of the new decree regarding the return of students to schools after January 10, the Ministry of Education clarified that this does not apply to public kindergartens and pre-primary.
According to the decree, "from December 29, 2020 at 18.00 p.m. until January 10, 2021 at 05.00 am, the operation of private and public schools of primary and secondary education and Higher Education Institutions is carried out with distance education ".
It is understood that, in cases where the physical presence of students of Higher and Higher Education Institutions is extremely necessary, for the purpose of conducting laboratory courses to prepare students for examinations, laboratory courses with physical presence may be conducted, in compliance with health protocols.
Therefore, the students of Primary Education, as stated in the announcement of the president of POED, on January 7 and 8 (at least) the lessons will be done at a distance.
It is noted that according to information, a new clarifying decree is expected to be announced.
