More than ten cases of threatening e-mails in kindergartens have been recorded in just 24 hours, where senders ask for 80 thousand in bitcoin otherwise they would blow them up.

According to information, the server seems to be located in Russia, with the authorities on foot to clarify the case.
The first two e-mails were sent yesterday morning, while the third seems to have been located by a school principal late yesterday afternoon, who immediately informed the authorities. Two more threatening messages were sent this morning to kindergartens in Lakatameia and Strovolos.
The president of the Private Preschool Education Association, Lavra Irakleous, intervened in "Mera Mesimeri", stating that the Police called on them to reassure their members, before the spectrum of a coordinated internet fraud, possibly an international extension.
"We hope the police will find out something soon, because it is definitely causing a disturbance," said Ms. Irakleous.
