The warning will be in effect from 22:00 on the evening of Tuesday 13/02 until 17:00 on the evening of Wednesday 14/02.

The forecast in detail:

Low pressure affects the area. There will be dust in the atmosphere from time to time, which, however, will gradually subside from tomorrow.

In the afternoon, the weather will be mostly cloudy with medium and high clouds, while isolated, mainly light rains are expected, which in some cases, may be accompanied by thunder. Winds will be mostly northeast to southeast, light to moderate, 3 to 4 and transient moderate, 4 Beaufort. The sea on the northern coasts will be a little rough, but on the rest of the coasts it will be up to a little rough.

Tonight, the weather will be intermittently cloudy, while local rains and isolated storms are expected, initially in the west and in the north and progressively in the rest of the island. In a storm, hail may also fall, while visibility will be temporarily limited. Winds will continue to be northeast to southeast, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will generally be a bit rough, however in the north and east, it will temporarily be up to rough. The temperature will drop to around 12 degrees in the interior, and on the northern coasts, around 14 on the rest of the coasts and around 5 degrees on the higher mountains.

Tomorrow, the weather will be partly cloudy and partly cloudy in places, while local showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected. Hail may also fall in a storm. On the highest peaks of Troodos, snow or sleet may fall. The winds will initially blow mainly southwest to northwest, weak to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort and gradually on the windward coasts to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will generally be slightly rough to rough. The temperature will rise to around 17 degrees in the interior, on the western and northern coasts, around 18 on the rest of the coasts and to 8 degrees in the higher mountains.

On Thursday and Friday, the weather will be partly cloudy, while local showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected. On the highest peaks of Troodos, snow or sleet may fall. During the evening and morning hours, light mist or fog may form locally.

On Saturday, the weather will be partly cloudy and partly cloudy in places, while isolated showers and possible isolated thunderstorms are expected.

The temperature on Thursday will see a small drop, while on Friday it will remain at the same levels, to fluctuate like this, close to the average climatic values ​​for the season. On Saturday, however, the temperature will rise slightly and be slightly above normal seasonal values.
