As of today, the changes decided by the Council of Ministers for the release of close contact cases take effect.

According to the decision from today, January 28, the close contacts will be able to be released on the 7th day with a negative rapid test and not only with molecular examination.

The decision excludes health professionals who work in public and private hospitals, nursing homes and closed structures that must be subjected to molecular testing (PCR) to be released.

In addition, according to the Council of Ministers, for children aged 2 to 5 years, it is recommended from today, to conduct a rapid test once a week, for their attendance in kindergartens and pre-primary schools.
