Paphos Police arrested two people aged 40 and 41 in connection with a case of alleged assault causing real bodily harm to a 46-year-old victim.
According to the Spokesperson of ADE Paphos and Head of TAE Paphos Michalis Nikolaou on June 13 at 09:00 it was reported by a 46-year-old that on June 11 at 12:00 noon, while he was on the beach of Sandy Beach in Lemba with his girlfriend was attacked by two people aged 40 and 41 whom he knew.
The complainant was taken to the Accident and Emergency Department of the Paphos General Hospital and it was found that he had a fracture in his left leg as well as a hematoma on his head.
After further investigations by the Police, the two persons were arrested on Tuesday. They were subsequently charged in writing and subsequently released.
