New telephone lines for the excluded in Britain

Coronavirus, excluded, Britain, Cypriot students, new telephone lines

Two new hotlines for the service of Cypriots who have been excluded in the United Kingdom due to the situation with the coronavirus will start operating within the day.

These are the phones +44 7899755851 and +44 7444362325.

Both are direct lines to the consular post of the Republic of Cyprus in London.

It is noted that from today the building of the High Commission and the consular services of the Republic in central London will be staffed by security personnel for precautionary reasons.

Nevertheless, the staff will work tirelessly to serve concerned citizens, including through the aforementioned telephone numbers.

Meanwhile, via Facebook posts British Cypriots running hotels and hostels have begun offering accommodation to their desperate compatriots at a cost in an effort to help them.
