With very strict restrictions, the restaurants are reopening today.
The Health Services of the Ministry of Health in collaboration with the Scientific Advisory Committee published on the afternoon of Monday, March 15, the health protocol with which the companies are called to operate from today.
Initially based on the protocol, they are re-operating today:
- restaurants
- taverns
- cafes
- breweries
- snack bars and bars
- cafes
- dining areas inside shopping malls,
- dining areas within hotels and tourist accommodation, canteens and / or sports clubs, cultural clubs, clubs, associations, etc.).
The operation of the dining areas is allowed until 10.45 in the evening.
The public is served only in the outdoor areas of the restaurants.
Outdoor space is defined as any space that is not indoor or enclosed and has sufficient natural oxygenation. Adequate natural oxygenation exists in every space which:
- not covered by a roof, permanent or temporary, and
- which is covered by a roof, has three (3) sides permanently open.
In addition, the 2 sq.m. per person for outdoor areas. For example, if a restaurant has 400 sq.m. outdoors could serve up to 200 people, provided that the location of the tables, according to the protocol, allows this number.
At the same time, according to the protocol, the service of the public is obligatory and exclusively on table seats (only seated). The maximum number of persons per table is 8 people.
The use of the mask is mandatory for customers all hours at the premises, as well as during travel within the space, except for the duration of active feeding.
Direct service from the bar is prohibited, with the exception of the cafes where, according to their function, the public is served directly by the brewery. The maximum number of people on the waiting / service line indoors should not exceed 10 people.
It is emphasized that any kind of music that upsets the guests for dancing is forbidden, as well as dancing is forbidden and the guests are not allowed to stand and rock around their table.
