(e) and (g) of the Law on Infectious Diseases, Chapter 260 and which were assigned to him by

Decree:
Summary
title.
This Decree will be referred to as the Deinfection (Definition of Measures for
Prevention of Coronavirus Spread COVID-19) Decree (No. 6) of 2021.
2. Because, the protection of public health and the health care system constitute
responsibility of the Republic and due to an urgent need arising from the epidemiological data
in order to limit the spread of Coronavirus disease COVID-19, protection
of public health, but also to prevent a possible collapse of the health system by
spread of the virus, taking into account the human and logistical requirements

2.1 About Infection (Defining Measures to Prevent the Spread of the Coronavirus) COVID-19) Decrees (No. 2) to (No. 5) of 2021 are repealed, with effect from 1 February 2021 at 00.01 am, with the exception of paragraph 2.2 (e) (iii) of the Infectious Diseases (Definition of Measures to Prevent Coronavirus spread COVID-19) Decree (No. 2) of 2021, as amended by the Decontamination (Definition of Measures to Prevent the Spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19) Decree (No. 3) of 2021, which is repealed with the publication of this Decree in the Official Gazette of the Republic.
2.2 Due to the urgent need arising from the epidemiological data for the protection of public health, to deal with the spread of the Koronovirus COVID-19 and taking into account that, from 18 January 2021 to 26 January 2021, 1.284 cases were reported, with the average number of patients being treated daily ranging from 160 to 175 patients per day and given that during the above period 20 deaths of patients with cause of death the disease COVID-19, and that the rate of positive diagnostic tests for Coronavirus disease COVID-19, ranges at 1,2%, from February 1, 2021 at 00.01 a.m. until February 14, 2021 at 23.59 pm, the following applies to the Provinces of Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Famagusta and Paphos, unless otherwise stated in this paragraph:

(a) Movements are prohibited, except in the following cases:
(i) Transfer to and from workplaces, as well as for work purposes, by holding the Employee Traffic Certificate Form (Form A), which is attached as Annex I to this Decree,
(ii) necessary visits to public services, services of the wider public sector and local government and travel for the purchase or supply of goods / services to and from companies / services, the operation of which has not been suspended;
(iii) visit a doctor or donate blood or go to a pharmacy or have a laboratory test for Coronavirus disease COVID-19 or for vaccination at vaccination centers for Coronavirus disease COVID-19,
(iv) transfer to a bank, to the extent that electronic transaction is not possible,
(n) trafficking for assistance to citizens who are unable to self-serve or who have to protect themselves or are in self-restraint and / or places of compulsory confinement or to visit a home, subject to the provisions of paragraph (g);
(vi) going to church / other forms of religious worship or to individual prayer or going to ceremonies such as funerals, weddings and baptisms;
(vii) movement for physical exercise or individual sport, and
(viii) relocation of divorced or separated parents, which is necessary for the smooth communication and contact of parents and children:
It is understood that the use of exceptional movement of persons, except for sub-paragraph (i), is limited to two times a day, by obtaining permission by sending an SMS to 8998:
It is also understood that the movement of persons with disabilities and persons belonging to the autism spectrum is allowed, with the accompaniment where necessary of their companion, as well as the movement for physical exercise or for the needs of a pet, if it is limited to a radius of 500 m from their residence:
It is further understood that persons over 65 years of age may submit a written exceptional travel declaration using Form B, which is attached as Annex II, provided that their exceptional travel does not exceed a total of two daily travel:

In addition, the validity period of the SMS message will be valid for a reasonable period of time, which does not exceed 3 hours unless the mobile proves the need for further extension,
(b) Exceptionally permitted movements provided for in paragraph (a) are subject to the following terms and conditions:
(i) the movement of persons is prohibited from 21.00 pm. until 05.00 am, except for those who hold the Employee Traffic Certificate form, Form A, which certifies the necessity of travel during the above hours,
(ii) all persons carry with them an identity card or passport, as additional evidence, when requested by the competent authorities;
(iii) private vehicles may be driven by persons of the same household, depending on the capacity of the vehicle without the use of a mask;
(iv) in the case of travel by private vehicle, persons from different households may be in the same vehicle with up to three persons, including the masked driver;
(v) in cases of movement for work purposes with a private vehicle with a capacity of more than five persons, up to four persons with the necessary use of a mask are allowed to ride;
(vi) in the event that any person is unable to drive, another person is permitted to transport it upon a solemn declaration by that person;
(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of subparagraphs (a) and (b), the following shall be exempt from travel restrictions solely for reasons of urgency and urgency:
(i) going to a medical center or hospital or pharmacy or veterinarian for medical emergencies;
(ii) the transition to providing emergency assistance to persons who are unable to support themselves or who have to protect themselves:
It is understood that persons moving exceptionally, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph (c), carry with them an identity card or passport, as additional evidence, when requested by the competent authorities,
(d) Access to the following areas is not permitted:
(i) playgrounds, and
(ii) public gathering places, such as e.g. squares, courtyards of churches and other religious sites, dams, picnic and camping sites, marinas, nature trails, and / or other similar sites,
(e) Access to the following areas is permitted only for the purpose of physical exercise or individual sport and provided that the athletes do not exceed two persons, excluding minor children:
(i) parks and linear parks, and
(ii) beaches,
(f) Mass and other events, gatherings, demonstrations, parades, concerts, festivals, including festivals, and similar events in public or private places are prohibited;
(g) Up to 7 February 2021 the presence of up to two persons in a house is allowed, in addition to the persons permanently residing in it and from 8 February 2021 the presence of up to four persons in a house is allowed, in addition to the persons permanently residing in it:

It is understood that the presence of minors and persons with disabilities, as well as babysitters, pediatricians and kindergarten teachers, in addition to the permanent residents, is allowed exclusively for the purposes of care and custody, the presence in a home for assistance purposes of persons who are unable or self-employed and for the care and custody of minors, as well as the presence of professionals for work purposes only for the reasonable period of time required to carry out their work,
(h) The presence of believers during church services and / or other forms of religious worship is prohibited until February 7, 2021, and from February 8, 2021 the presence of believers during church services and / or other forms of religious worship is permitted, provided that they do not exceed 50 persons and observing the measure of one person per 3 sq.m. at least as well as in compliance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health:

(s) The operation of the Courts and the Registries is governed by the guidelines issued by the Supreme Court;
(t) It is allowed to conduct written examinations at the request of the competent body as well as to hold meetings of State Authorities and / or meetings of Authorities and / or Services and / or Bodies and / or Bodies, which are provided by the Constitution, in places for which is approved by the Ministry of Health,

It is understood that, in cases where the physical presence of students or academics of Higher and Higher Education Institutions is absolutely necessary, either for research purposes or for the purpose of conducting laboratory courses for the preparation of students for examinations, laboratory attendance or , in compliance with the health protocols:
It is further understood that the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth, as the competent authority, may regulate the physical presence of teachers and other staff in schools for the smooth running of distance education,
(f) The operation of all private tuition centers and private training centers is suspended:
It is understood that tuition and / or distance activities may be carried out using electronic means,
(x) All team sports and social activities are prohibited:
It is understood that, team sports activities that fall under the provisions of paragraph (h) are allowed,
(ψ) The operation of all retail businesses, including department stores, is suspended until February 8, 2021 at 05.00 am, with the exception of the following companies:
(i) food and beverage retailers (supermarkets, grocery stores, butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, bakeries, confectioneries, fruit markets, wineries, kiosks, mini markets, tobacco products) without the use of benches;

(xiv) car and motorcycle repair shops,
(xv) laundries,
(xvi) postal and courier services;
(xvii) companies selling feed or veterinary medicines;
(xviii) businesses selling, grooming and feeding pets;
(xix) telecommunications undertakings, in so far as it relates to payment connection services, account transfer, balance renewal, repair and replacement of mobile devices;
(xx) undertakings trading in pesticides, fertilizers and pesticides, materials or equipment;
(xxi) nurseries and florists, and
(xxii) public food markets operating at 50% of their capacity and a distance of 1.5 meters between persons and in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health:
It is understood that the retail companies, whose operation is not suspended, as well as the companies that resume operation from February 8, 2021, must observe the measure of one person per 10 sq.m. at least, useful space for stores under 1.000 sq.m. and one person per 15 sq.m. at least useful space, for stores of 1.000 sq.m. and above and additionally in stores of 1.000 sq.m. and above control will be ensured in the presence of an authorized person of the store at the entrances for not exceeding the maximum number of physical presence of customers:

(oz) Street vending and bazaars are prohibited,
(hh) The operation of hairdressers, barbershops, beauty centers and tattoo centers is allowed, in compliance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health,
(oh) The operation of nightclubs, banquets, discos, nightclubs and music and dance venues is suspended;
(oi) The operation of outdoor and indoor theaters, amphitheaters, cinemas and theaters is suspended;
(ok) The operation of outdoor and indoor playgrounds, amusement parks and theme parks is suspended,
(ool) The operation of sports clubs, cultural clubs, clubs and associations is suspended,
(ohm) The operation of zoos and zoos is suspended,
The operation of construction sites and the wider construction sector is allowed, as well as companies of similar activity, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministries of Health and Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance,
(ox) The operation of hotels and / or tourist accommodation is allowed provided that their premises accommodate only persons who are not permanent residents of the Republic and fall under the provisions of paragraphs 2.9 to 2.14 and 2.16, for the accommodation of persons who are in a compulsory status. and which are referred by the Ministry of Tourism, as well as for the hosting of teams of the championships of the First Division and national teams for the period of 24 hours before the time of the official start of the games:

It is understood that the use of hotel infrastructure and / or tourist accommodation by persons other than those provided for in this paragraph is not allowed,
(oo) Excluding dining areas at Larnaca and Paphos Airports, as well as excluding dining areas inside hotels and tourist accommodation which may be open until 21.00 pm. subject to (i) to (iii) the reservation, the operation of all restaurants such as restaurants, taverns, cafes, pubs, snack bars and bars, cafes and restaurants within shopping malls, canteens and / or sports clubs is suspended; cultural clubs, associations, clubs, etc., with the exception of their take away services, which are only held until 20.30 pm, the sale of alcoholic beverages is not allowed, as well as their home services distribution:

(iii) the maximum number of persons per table is six (6) persons,
(op) Private service companies, with the exception of essential services, work remotely and the physical presence of employees not exceeding 50% of the total number of employees is allowed within each business establishment, with a minimum physical presence of 5 persons , if the employer so wishes and in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health,
(h) The operation of horse racing meetings is allowed without the presence of spectators, in compliance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the Cyprus Sports Organization,
(as) (i) The public and wider public sector works remotely and with the physical presence of the necessary staff at work, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the Service and the service of citizens to meet emergencies: It is understood that the external construction sites / workshops continue their work in compliance with the relevant health protocols, (ii) the competent authority, pursuant to the Civil Service Laws 1990 to 2020 and / or, where applicable, relevant laws governing the operation of Independent Services and / or Undersecretaries , immediately determine the staffing needs in relation to remote work and physical presence at work, for the proper functioning of the Service, (iii) for the Essential Services, as defined in paragraph (ht) of this Decree, the The competent authority shall make the necessary arrangements to ensure, as far as possible, the physical presence at work for the proper functioning of the (iv) workers who are on the list of categories of citizens at risk for severe coronavirus disease COVID-19, as defined by the Ministry of Health in a published list, dated 29 December 2020 and / or any future revision of it and do not wish to return to their workplaces, have an obligation to perform the tasks assigned to them at home, employees from distance. It is understood that only one of the two parents / guardians can apply for such leave, at any time, with priority given to that leave to the parent / guardian who does not work in an Essential Service, (vi) in cases where by nature remote work is not allowed, depending on the needs of the Service, a request for a special permit may be submitted for reasons of public health, (vii) the Essential Services specified in paragraph (h) may, by decision of the Authority, to apply flexible schedule arrangements, in addition to those already in place for their staff, with the consent of the staff,

(ii) the operation of the sports facilities for training of teams B and DG Category and provided that the coaches do not exceed five persons, including the coach, and

2.4 The operation of the activities of coastal passenger vessels, recreational fishing vessels and divers, private vessels and water sports companies, is governed by the safety and health guidelines issued by the Ministry of Shipping.
2.5 Businesses serving the public, as well as offices of the public and wider public sector and Local Authorities serving the public, must take measures to signal the distance of at least two meters, which must be observed by citizens when the duration of their service, both inside and outside the premises and the presence in the same space is not allowed, ie in the service space, at any time number of persons, including employees, in addition to one person per 10 sq.m. useful space, as well as to post at the entrances of the premises the maximum allowed number of persons who can be inside the premises, based on the guidelines issued by the Ministries of Health and Labor, Welfare and Social Security.
2.6 If in any private office and / or enterprise and / or in any service in the public, and / or wider public sector and / or in the Independent services and / or in the local authorities, a case of infection of his disease is detected COVID-19, must immediately suspend their operation and proceed to disinfect their premises, before their reopening:

2.7 For the purposes of controlling the implementation of the Law on Infection Cleaning, Chapter 250 as well as the Decrees issued under it, are defined as authorized officials, in cooperation with the Cyprus Police:
(a) The health officials working in the Health Services of the Department of Medical Services and Public Health Services of the Ministry of Health,
(b) the officials of the Departments of Agriculture and Forestry and the Veterinary Services of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment;
(c) the ship inspectors of the Ministry of Shipping,
(d) the officials of the Ministry of Tourism,
(e) the officials of the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Trade, Industry.
(f) the officials of the Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance and its Departments / Services,
(g) the officials of the Game and Fauna Service of the Ministry of Interior, and
(h) the traffic wardens of each Municipality.
2.8 The use of a face mask is mandatory for all persons twelve years of age and older, indoors where there is more than one person and outdoors where two or more persons are and / or move, except in cases specified in guidelines, which are issued by the Ministry of Health.
2.9 Entry into the Republic of persons, regardless of nationality, from countries of categories A and B, according to the categorization of countries, based on the risk assessment, as announced by the Ministry of Health, under the following conditions:
(a) For passengers from Category A countries, no molecular examination is required for the disease. COVID-19,
(b) for passengers from Category B countries, proof of molecular examination for the disease is required COVID-19 from a certified laboratory with a negative indication, valid 72 hours before their departure,

(c) for passengers from category B countries where the authorities of the country have been informed that they do not provide a molecular examination service for the disease COVID-19, such persons may carry out the molecular examination upon their arrival in the Republic, the costs of which they will cover themselves and remain in compulsory self-restraint, until the issuance of the result,
(d) persons who fall into the following categories and enter the Republic from Category B countries, may carry out the molecular examination upon their arrival in the Republic, the costs of which they cover themselves and remain in compulsory self-limitation, until the issuance of the result :
(i) Cypriot citizens, their foreign spouses and their minor children,
(ii) all legally resident in the Republic,
(e) persons who arrive in the Republic and are diagnosed positive in his illness COVID-19, remain in a state of compulsory isolation and the medical protocol of the Ministry of Health is followed.
2.10 (a) The following categories of persons are allowed to enter the Republic from countries that do not fall into Categories A and B, according to the categorization of countries, based on the risk assessment, as announced by the Ministry of Health:
(i) Cypriot citizens residing in the Republic, their foreign spouses and their minor children,
(ii) all persons lawfully resident in the Republic;
(iii) persons regardless of nationality, whose presence in the Republic, due to their professional or scientific status, is approved by the competent medical body to strengthen the effort to treat his illness COVID-19,
(iv) patients, regardless of nationality, who have been treated at an approved private or public hospital / medical center in the Republic, as appropriate, and
(v) first degree relatives legally residing in the Republic and / or economically active in the Republic (spouse, children, parents) for the purpose of family reunification:

(c) The entry into the Republic of persons falling into categories (i) to (v) of subparagraph (a) shall be subject to the following conditions:

(iii) the cost of the airfare, if any, shall be borne by each passenger, except for persons sent abroad by the Republic for medical purposes, and by persons falling under paragraph 2.10 (a) (iii).
2.11 Persons who are members of merchant vessel crews or crew members on exploratory drilling rigs within the Exclusive Economic Zones of States with which the Republic has established diplomatic relations, or members of cruise crews decommissioning or crew members of yachts, either moored in the ports of the Republic, or arriving on commercial or other flights, from countries not belonging to categories A and B, according to the classification of countries, based on the risk assessment, as revised by the Ministry of Health, under the following conditions:
(i) Such persons shall be placed under self-restraint 14 days before their arrival;
(ii) undergo a molecular test for his disease COVID-19, before their arrival, which is negative and presents relevant evidence or if this is not possible upon their arrival and if the examination is positive, remain in

compulsory isolation and follows the medical protocol of the Ministry of Health, and
(iii) the company in which they work and / or the agent who has undertaken the change of crew undertakes to transport the crew directly from the ship to the airport and to transport the crews arriving by air from the airport to the port of departure, below from strict protection measures. If there is no synchronization between the arrival of the ship and the arrival of the flight, or if the results of the molecular tests are pending, the company and / or the agent make arrangements with the Authorities for the accommodation of the crew in designated accommodation, in isolation, until the arrival of the flight or ship. Where possible, the disembarkation crew shall remain on board until the date of the flight:
It is understood that, for persons who are already working as crew members on vessels docked in Cypriot ports and departing from the Republic, only paragraph 2.11 (iii) shall apply in their case.
2.12 Seafarers and crew members of vessels arriving and staying in the Republic, arriving by vessels docked in the ports of the Republic, are allowed to enter and stay in the Republic, under the following conditions:
(a) For vessels arriving in the Republic from Category A countries and provided that they have not docked during the previous 14 days in a non-Category A country, a molecular test for the disease is not required. COVID-19 for seafarers and crew members,
(b) for vessels arriving in the Republic from Category B countries, and provided that they have not reached, within the previous 14 days, a port from a non-Category A and B country, according to the classification, seafarers and members crews produce a negative molecular test certificate for his illness COVID-19, valid 72 hours before the departure of the vessel or the persons concerned shall be subjected to a molecular examination at the berth and shall remain on board until the result is issued,
(c) for vessels arriving in the Republic from countries not belonging to Classes A and B, seafarers and crew members:
(i) must have completed 14 days in self-isolation and completed a specific form issued by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works as part of the crew change protocol;
(ii) must undergo a molecular test for his disease COVID-19, when disembarking from the vessel,
(iii) until the result of the examination is issued, such persons shall remain on board or in places of compulsory seclusion;
(d) if the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) to (c) above are positively diagnosed with the disease; COVID-19, remain in a state of compulsory isolation and follow the medical protocol of the Ministry of Health, and
(e) for the conduct of the molecular tests, the transfer procedure and the restriction, until the results of the test are issued, of such persons, the procedures provided for in paragraph 2.11 shall be followed by analogy.
2.13 Persons from countries not falling into categories A and B, regardless of nationality, may enter the Republic for the purpose of carrying out public works or other professional obligations, with the approval of the Commission appointed by the Council of Ministers, at the meeting of the day . 17 June 2020, subject to the following conditions:
(a) If the period of stay in the Republic does not exceed 4 days:
(i) such persons are subjected to a molecular examination for his illness COVID-19, unless they present a negative molecular test certificate for the disease in question valid 72 hours before departure,
(ii) if the molecular test is carried out on arrival, until the test result is issued, such persons shall remain in places of compulsory isolation;
(iii) if the person is positively diagnosed with the disease COVID-19, remain in a state of compulsory isolation and the medical protocol of the Ministry of Health is followed,

(iv) such persons shall take precautionary and self-protective measures in the place where they reside.
(b) If the period of stay in the Republic exceeds 4 days:
(i) such persons are subjected to a molecular examination for his illness COVID-19, unless they present a negative molecular test certificate for the disease in question valid 72 hours before departure,
(ii) if the molecular test is carried out on arrival until the test result is issued, such persons shall remain in places of compulsory isolation;
(iii) if the person is positively diagnosed with the disease COVID-19, remain in a state of compulsory isolation and follow the medical protocol of the Ministry of Health, and
(iv) such persons shall remain under self-restraint for 14 days, unless the provisions of paragraph 2.21 are complied with.
2.14 For persons who enter the Republic legally through legal points of entry by sea, the following applies:
(i) For yachts arriving in the Republic from Category A countries, a molecular test and a negative molecular test certificate are not required;
(ii) For pleasure craft arriving in the Republic from Category B countries, the occupants shall present a negative molecular test certificate for the disease. COVID-19, valid for 72 hours before the departure of the vessel or the persons in question are subjected to a molecular examination in the berth and in this case remain on the vessel until the result is issued,
(iii) for pleasure craft arriving from countries not falling into categories A and B and which, during the previous 14 days of their arrival, have not docked in any port or have docked only in ports of countries belonging to categories A and B, passengers are given a molecular test for the disease COVID-19 upon arrival at the berth and remain on board until the result is issued, and
(iv) the persons of categories (i) to (iii) of this paragraph, who arrive in the Republic and are diagnosed positive in the disease of COVID-19, remain in a state of compulsory isolation and the medical protocol of the Ministry of Health is followed:

2.15 Persons from countries that do not fall into Categories A and B, as announced by the Ministry of Health, are allowed to enter the Republic, who obtain a work permit in advance as domestic helpers, as workers in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry, as well as for any other work in the Republic by the competent Ministries and Departments and after approval by the Commission, which was appointed by the Decision of the Council of Ministers, date. 17 June 2020, subject to the following conditions:

2.17 (a) All persons, regardless of their country of departure, who travel to the Republic and fall under the provisions of paragraphs 2.9 to 2.16 of this Decree, complete electronically, within 24 hours, before the start of their journey to the Republic , all the information, data and statements required, in accordance with the procedures provided on the website www.cyprusflightpass.gov.cy and hold the Cyprus Flight Card (CyprusFlightPass) before boarding the aircraft and upon arrival in the Republic.
(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subparagraph (a), in the event of a technical problem or maintenance of the website www.cyprusflightpass.gov.cy, which is officially announced by the Civil Aviation Department, the passenger may complete the form by hand.
(c) Passengers arriving in the Republic without holding the Cyprus Flight Card (CyprusFlightPass), electronically or in handwritten form only if the reasons set out in paragraph (b) are met, commit an offense, and apply in the case the Out-of-Court Settlement Laws of 1997 to (No. 6) of 2020, which provide for an extrajudicial fine of 300 euros, unless the passengers enter the Republic and return to their country of departure.

2.18 (a) Asylum seekers who enter and / or are placed and / or are required to stay in reception, hosting and / or detention centers for asylum seekers shall be subjected to a molecular examination for their illness COVID-19, before entering these centers.

2.20 (a) Entities and persons operating at Republic airports, including passengers and staff entering and leaving Republic airports, shall comply with the Republic Airports Health Protocol and the guidelines and measures issued by the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works and the Minister of Health, as amended from time to time, for the purpose of limiting the spread of his disease COVID-19 in the Republic. The Administrator of the Airports of the Republic has the responsibility to ensure their uniform application, by all those who operate and travel at the airports of the Republic.

(b) The airlines comply with the Health Protocol of the airports of the Republic as well as the guidelines and measures issued by the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works and the Minister of Health, as amended from time to time, regarding the procedures applied at its airports. (c) It is prohibited for companies to board on their flights to the Republic passengers who have not secured the Cyprus Flight Card (CyprusFlightPass) electronically, unless the reasons set out in paragraph 2.17 (b) are met.
2.21 Persons who are placed under self-restraint in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 2.10 and 2.13 (b), or undergo a molecular examination for Coronavirus disease COVID-19 on the 10th day of self-restraint at own expense and the self-restraint is terminated on the assumption that the result of the molecular test is negative, or released on the 14th day of self-restraint, on the assumption that they are not positive for Coronavirus disease COVID-19, according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health.
2.22 Persons who are in a compulsory restraint and self-restraint regime are obliged to:
(i) Remain within the place where they reside, unless instructed by the treating physician or an authorized public health official to transfer to a Medical Center;
(ii) keep a distance of at least two meters from other persons, and
(iii) do not receive home visits within the premises in which they reside:
It is understood that these persons are required to comply with instructions from the Ministry of Health, which are issued from time to time and which are notified and / or published regarding the mandatory restraint procedure and / or the self-restraint regime.
2.23 (a) It is prohibited for any person to enter areas of mandatory restriction, without the permission of the Minister of Health, or an authorized official of the Ministry of Health.
(b) It is prohibited for any person without the permission of the Minister of Health or an authorized official of the Ministry of Health to approach at a distance of less than two meters a person who is either a confirmed case of his disease COVID-19, either in a mandatory restraint regime or in a self - restraint regime.

It is understood that the doctors with whom these persons communicate by telephone are obliged to:
(i) Receive the most complete, under the circumstances, medical history of the person contacting them;
(ii) issue the prescription with the required medicinal products, the relevant instructions for administration and the necessary quantities of medicine / medicines throughout the time when the person / persons who have been detained are / are in compulsory places of isolation and / or in a state of self-restraint , meaning that they consider the history they have received to be sufficient and satisfactory,

2.26 The Minister of Health may utilize graduates of Medical Schools of a four- or six-year cycle from the Cypriot Universities, as well as graduates of Nursing Schools, if and if he deems it necessary.

2.28 Boarding and transfer of persons on local flights is permitted, subject to the following conditions:

2.30 The officials of the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry are authorized to control the sale prices to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Decrees issued by the Minister of Health, regarding the setting of maximum selling prices.
2.31 For public and wider public sector employees who must be absent from work in order to remain self-restricted, a Special Permit for Public Health Reasons is granted retroactively from March 20, 2020, the date on which

announced by the Ministry of Health the possibility of issuing the medical certificate of Absence from Work for Public Health Reasons, provided that the affected employees had presented this certificate and their absence was counted against their leave in the following cases and the following conditions:
(a) If the employee is subject to compulsory self-restraint, due to his close contact with a confirmed case within the framework of his duties, provided that he presents a Medical Certificate of Absence from work for reasons of Public Health,
(b) if the employee is subject to mandatory self-restraint after returning from a business trip from a country that does not fall into Categories AD and B, according to the categorization of countries, based on the risk assessment, as announced by the Ministry of Health, provided that he submits a Medical Certificate of Absence from Work for reasons of Public Health from the Ministry of Health, ׄ
(c) following a decision for forced absence from work, due to the detection of a confirmed case in the Office of the employee and which must be closed for a certain period of time, ׄ
(d) for the care of children up to 15 years of age, in cases where:
(i) the child is in contact with a case and is subject to forced self - restraint, and
(ii) due to the detection of a confirmed case at the school, which must be closed for a certain period of time;
(e) The Special Permit for Public Health Reasons is granted only in the cases of sub-paragraphs (a) to (d) if the nature of the work does not allow remote work and with the approval of the Head of the Ministry / Department / Service / Public Law Organization / Local Government Authority:
It is understood that, if an employee is required to be absent from work in order to remain self-restricted for any reason other than those provided for in subparagraphs (a) to (e), then the days of absence from work shall be deemed to be sick leave if and if the nature of his work does not allow him to work from home.

It is understood that, in case of exceeding the maximum accumulated days of rest leave, the additional days of rest leave should be taken until 31 December 2022.
2.33 The owner and / or manager and / or manager of nursing homes, nursing homes, the terminally ill, facilities and hostels for vulnerable groups, transitional hostels, day care centers and child protection facilities shall be responsible for Molecular test and / or rapid antigen detection test for Coronavirus disease COVID-19 for staff and tenants and / or residents in the structures referred to in this Regulation.
2.34 Due to the epidemiological data presented in the United Kingdom regarding a new strain of Coronavirus disease COVID-19 and for the protection of public health until further clarification by the scientific community, until 14 February 2021 at 23.59 pm, persons arriving at Larnaca and Paphos airports from the United Kingdom are required to comply with all of the following conditions: :
(a) persons either undergo a molecular examination for his illness COVID-19 with a negative indication valid 72 hours before their departure and present relevant evidence, or undergo a molecular examination upon arrival in the Republic, the cost of which they cover:

2.35 The maximum charge price for the coronavirus molecular test COVID-19, is set at 50 euros (excluding VAT), per examination, excluding existing contracts concluded by the State.
2.36 The maximum charge rate for performing a rapid coronavirus antigen screening test COVID-19, is set at 20 euros (excluding VAT), per examination.
2.37 Given the economic impact of the Koronovirus pandemic COVID-19 and the urgent need to take measures that include suspending business operations and, in order to mitigate the economic impact:
(i) The amount of rent, as provided in the current rental contracts, corresponding to the months of January and February of 2021, and / or February, is not paid to the State, including the Turkish Cypriot Property Management Service and Public Law Organizations.
