The 19-year-old was arrested yesterday by the Police, in order to facilitate the investigations regarding an investigated case of a knife attack, which resulted in the slight injury of two people.
The case was reported to the Police, by 21-year-old and 18-year-old, according to which around 10.30 p.m. On August 6, 2021, while they were at a dock near the old port of Limassol, they got into an argument with an unknown person, who then attacked them with a knife. The two complainants were injured in the attack, however they managed to disarm the unknown person, who fled in an unknown direction.
The two injured visited the Limassol General Hospital, where it was found that they had bruises on their hands and after receiving first aid, I was discharged.
The police examinations provided a testimony against a 19-year-old man, who was located yesterday and arrested on the basis of an arrest warrant. He was then remanded in custody to facilitate investigations.
