Paphos sank into mourning after the death of 44-year-old Andreas Elias from Koili.
According to Sigma journalist Gabriella Zartila, the 44-year-old would appear on the show "Protoselido" to talk about his health adventure. As he revealed, he was immunosuppressed and wanted a voice through the show.

He was then taken to a private clinic but had to be treated in Nicosia for more specialized treatment, as his health deteriorated and after two weeks of torturing himself and shouting that he was in pain, he did not find a response.
