The operation of the "walk-in" vaccination centers, which was implemented from today, has a response, the Spokeswoman of the Ministry of Health, Margarita Kyriakou, told KYPE.

It is noteworthy that by 1030 in the morning all available vaccines of the "walk-in" at the Linopetra Health Center in Limassol were exhausted.

According to Ms. Kyriakou, the vaccines given to each "walk-in" center are about 100.

Instructions have already been given, he noted, and more vaccines will be available for use at each center to serve more people.

The goal, as stated in a relevant announcement of the Ministry of Health, is "to facilitate the citizens for their access to vaccination" and adds that "this is a practice that is already applied in other countries and aims to strengthen the effort for vaccination" .
