People in the above high-risk groups should avoid unnecessary travel to areas where the atmosphere is congested, avoid or limit their stay outdoors, especially in areas where a combination of high temperatures, humidity prevails. and atmospheric stress and physical exercise outdoors.

They should also remain in well-ventilated and air-conditioned areas and in case of symptoms from the respiratory system (cough, shortness of breath, expectoration), rhinitis, eye irritation, a visit to their doctor or First Aid Department is recommended.

In addition, people with COPD, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, emphysema, interstitial lung disease and other chronic respiratory diseases may need to increase the dose of their medication, so they should follow their doctor's instructions faithfully, while people with severe respiratory distress problem, they are encouraged to use a special protective mask when moving.

In relation to the General Population, the Ministry of Health recommends the avoidance of any physical exercise and the limitation of the time spent outdoors, especially in areas where there is a burden on the atmosphere.
