MyPermissions: see who has access to your accounts

It is a matter of seconds to visit it MyPermissions and take a look at the accounts of your favorite social networking apps to remember or discover who you've given access to…

The site is based on a very simple idea and essentially makes it easier for you, giving you shortcuts to go directly to the pages that display the permissions for each application, without bothering to find the right link.

As you can see MyPermissions includes the hottest tools: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Yahoo!, LinkedIn, DropBox, Instagram and Flickr. The Israeli Avi Charkham who is responsible for this simple but very useful side project, says that he did it for a simple reason: one day he wanted to see who has access to his personal Facebook account, to find that the relevant options are carefully buried and it's annoying for someone to sit and look for them when they should be more prominent.

The thing is, with smartphones and their myriad of apps coming into play, it's easy to lose track of who you've given access to your accounts. I was surprised to see that on Twitter alone I had given access to 38 apps, many of which also share access to my Facebook account. So check it out yourself.

Check it out and try it MyPermissions.
