Instructions to the voters for voting in the presidential elections are addressed by the officials. The announcement reminds that in order to be able to get a ballot paper to vote, every voter must have his / her ballot paper or ID card with him / her and be registered in the polling station list.
Inside the polling station, the voter is given a ballot paper by the incumbent officials, on which are written in order the names of the candidates nominated for the election of the President of the Republic with their photos and any emblems they have submitted.
The name and photo of each candidate are in a separate numbered column on the ballot.
The ballot paper must have an official stamp on the outside, in order to be valid.
The voter, after receiving his / her ballot, must withdraw to the special ballot box located for this purpose inside the polling station and behind the curtain to open it and mark secretly on his ballot paper with a beer pen, blue or black, the point "X" or "+" or "√" in the space of the column below the photo of the candidate of his choice.
The voter can only vote with a blue or black pen. If he votes with a pen of another color, his ballot will be invalid and will not be taken into account when counting the votes.
Then, the voter, after folding his ballot, will leave the special ballot box and will personally throw it in the ballot box. The ballot paper must be placed in its entirety in the ballot box. It is not allowed to alter or cut out any part of the ballot, because in such a case it will be invalid and will not be taken into account when counting the votes.
The voter is entitled to vote for only one candidate. The voter must mark the specified point in the space of the column below the photo of the candidate of his choice, only. The voter cannot place the dot "X" or "+" or "D" on the photo of the candidate of his choice or in any other place, because in such a case the ballot will be invalid and will not be taken into account during the counting. of votes.
If a voter marks "X" or "+" or "√" in the column of more than one candidate or fails to mark this point in any candidate's column, his / her ballot will be invalid and will not be taken into account when counting the votes. votes.
If a voter forms any other mark on his / her ballot paper, by which his / her identity can later be identified, this will be invalid and will not be taken into account when counting the votes.
If a voter inadvertently destroys the ballot paper given to him, he can return it to the chairperson of the polling station, who, if he is convinced that it is indeed carelessness, will give him another ballot paper so that he can vote properly.
The white ballot paper is invalid and is not taken into account when counting the votes.
Each voter is entitled to vote only once.
