A delegation of the Tourism, Commercial and Industrial Company of Famagusta (TEVEA) met today with the Mayor Mr. George Takkas in the context of the decision of the Board of Directors for meetings with the local authorities of the District of Famagusta.
At the meeting, issues of concern to the Municipality of Sotira and the District of Famagusta in general were discussed and suggestions and proposals were exchanged in an exceptional atmosphere.
Specifically, the issue of the forthcoming reform of the Local Government, the effects of the pandemic of the corona, the further cooperation of TEVEA with Local Authorities were discussed.
The TEVEA delegation thanked for the meeting and pointed out once again the support of TEVEA to the Municipality of Sotira. In his turn, Mr. Takkas stated that the Municipality of Sotira will continue the excellent cooperation with TEVEA for the good of his Municipality and the District of Famagusta.
