Components
- 500 gr. louvia
- Juice of a lemon
- 3 bunches of cabbage, washed and cut into large pieces
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
Execution method
- Wash the louvres well, strain them and throw them in a pot of cold water that covers them well.
- Once it has boiled, drain it again and add cold water to the pot again to cover them and boil them for about an hour and a half or until they are ready.
- Add the cabbage to the pot and continue cooking until soft.
- Just before the end add salt, pepper and the juice of one lemon.
- Serve with olive oil and bread.

- 500g black eyed peas
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 3 bunches of chard, washed and chopped into large pieces
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
Method
- Wash the beans well, strain them and place them in a pot of cold water that covers them well.
- When the water gets hot, strain them again and add cold water to the pot to cover them and boil for about half an hour or until ready.
- Add chard to the pot and boil until the chard gets soft.
- Just before the end, add salt, pepper and juice of one lemon.
- Serve with olive oil and bread.
