- 800 gr. mushrooms cut into thin slices
- 500 gr. boiled chicken, sliced
- 2 and others olive oil
- 1 red pepper, cut into cubes
- 4 carrots, cut into small cubes
- 2 sticks of celery, cut into cubes
- 400 ml milk or evaporated milk
- 1 liter of chicken broth or 2 chicken cubes dissolved in 1 liter of hot water
- 2 onions, cut into thin slices
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 50 gr. oat flour
- 2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. dill (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
For serving
- Lemon juice
- Chopped parsley or thyme
Execution method
- Melt the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté all our vegetables except the potatoes.
- Stir with a wooden spoon for about 15 minutes until the mushrooms take out their liquids.
- Season with salt and pepper, add the oatmeal and mix.
- Then add the broth and lower the heat.
- Add the potato and cover the pot and simmer until soft for about 40 minutes.
- Add the milk, the chicken and add the chopped parsley and dill and simmer for 5 minutes.
- We serve and enjoy!
