Ingredients for 6 people
- 1.200 gr. flour
- 600 gr. butter
- 250 gr. almond
- Or a teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of vanilla
- 220 gr. powdered sugar
- 50 gr. black rum
- powder for sprinkling
Implementation
- First, beat the butter with the icing in the mixer on high speed for about 20 minutes. (The more you beat it, the better the dough will become.)
- At the same time, coarsely chop the almonds after you have previously spread them in a greased pan and bake at 160oC until they turn golden.
- Gradually add the flour, baking powder and vanilla to the whipped butter.
- Add the almonds and then the rum. Continue beating for another 10 minutes.
- Shape the round cookies into a diameter of 3 mm by pressing the top lightly with your finger.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170oC for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven, let them cool very well and dip them in the icing.
- Place them on a plate in a row and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
