Put the ham in very thin slices, leaving a gap of about two centimeters around the perimeter of the sheet. Add the basil and the mozzarella but keep 3 tbsp. grated mozzarella for the end. Close the sides of the leaf by 1/3 almost to the middle of the leaf and add the rest of the mozzarella.

Lay a non-stick paper on a baking sheet. Place the wrapped stuffed pizza with the point that joins down in the pan. Spread with a little olive oil and drill a few holes in the surface of the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C in the air, on the middle grill for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let stand for a few minutes and cut into thick slices.
