Frittata with spinach and mozzarella

The frittata resembles the classic omelette but is more fluffy and juicy

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bacon
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 300 gr. fresh (or 150 gr. frozen)
  • 100 gr. cup grated parmesan
  • 200 gr.
  • 3 red peppers of Florina
  • a little oregano and a little thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • some toast

Implementation

step 1

Pour it into a bowl together with the bacon, add all the other ingredients and mix well until they become a uniform mixture.

step 2

Pour the mixture into a buttered fireproof dish sprinkled with toast. Bake the omelette in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.
