Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup bacon
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 300 gr. fresh (or 150 gr. frozen)
- 100 gr. cup grated parmesan
- 200 gr.
- 3 red peppers of Florina
- a little oregano and a little thyme
- salt and pepper
- some toast
Implementation

Pour it into a bowl together with the bacon, add all the other ingredients and mix well until they become a uniform mixture.
step 2
Pour the mixture into a buttered fireproof dish sprinkled with toast. Bake the omelette in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.
