Ingredients
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 fl. of tea red vinegar
- 1/2 cup tea olive oil
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Implementation

In a small bowl, mix the red wine vinegar with the mustard, oregano, garlic, salt and black pepper.

While stirring the mixture, slowly add the olive oil.
step 3
Squeeze the lemon juice and add it to the mixture, stirring vigorously.
step 4
Place the final mixture in a sealed jar or bottle, close tightly and shake for a while.
