Vacancy of Trainee / Director in "Zorpas" Bakeries
TRAINER / DIRECTOR / DTRIA
Duties:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of all sections of the store: Bakery, Kitchen, Confectionery & Coffee Berry
- Guidance and supervision of existing staff and training of new staff
- Management of human resources issues (eg recruitment, licenses, evaluations - performance, training, etc.)
- Resolve complaints / problems of staff and customers
- Inventory recording, order preparation and receipt control
- Carrying out audits and ensuring compliance with the Company's safety and health standards
- Achieve monthly budget goals of the store
We are looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Degree in Business Administration or other related field
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of Computers
- Familiarity with Performance Measurement Indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to solve problems immediately
- Team Spirit
- Customer service orientation
