The Meteorological Service issued an orange warning for high temperatures today.
The warning is valid from 13:00 a.m. today until 17:00 pm and according to forecasts the maximum temperature inside will be around 42 degrees Celsius.

Today, the weather will be mostly clear. The winds will blow in the morning sea, weak, 3 Beaufort to become after noon Southwestern to northwesterly, weak to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will gradually become a little turbulent. The temperature will rise to around 42 degrees inland, around 35 on the south and east coasts, around 33 on the rest of the coast and around 34 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight, the weather will be mostly clear but sparse fog and low clouds are expected to form locally. The winds will blow northwest to northeast and locally variable, weak, 2 to 3 Beaufort and the sea will be calm to slightly turbulent. The temperature will drop to around 23 degrees inland, on the west and north coasts, around 24 on the south and east coasts and around 22 degrees in the higher mountains.
On Thursday and Friday the weather will be mostly clear, while on Saturday the weather will be mostly clear but in the afternoon there will be temporarily increased clouds in the mountains.
Temperatures are expected to rise slightly during the three days, especially in the mountains or inland, to generally fluctuate significantly above average climatic values.
