In the context of the events for the 50th anniversary of the death of Tefkros Anthias and Thodosis Pieridis, the Cultural Office of K.E. of AKEL in collaboration with the District Committees of AKEL Larnaca and AKEL Famagusta, as well as in collaboration with the NGO Famagusta Intiative (Famagusta Initiative), organize a poetry evening dedicated to Theodosius Pieridis.
The event, which is inspired by the poetry collection of Theodosius Pieridis "Daydreaming on the walls of Famagusta" will take place on Friday, September 21 at 20:00 at the Martinego Bastion in occupied Famagusta.
The event includes reading poems from the eponymous collection and songs in poetry by Th. Pieridis from the choir of the Municipality of Idali.
The event will be honored by their presence and will be greeted by G.G. of K.E. of AKEL. Andros Kyprianou and the President of the Famagusta Initiative Serdar Atai.
Admission will be free and there will be buses to transport those wishing to attend the event.
