The Municipality of Sotiras appeals to its citizens for help to a citizen.
One of our fellow human beings has a great and urgent need for a bone marrow transplant.
According to the announcement, citizen Sotiras is in great need of a bone marrow transplant.
Those interested can be examined for compatible donors at the Karaiskakeio Foundation 8: 00-16: 00 Monday-Friday and at all Hospitals (and Famagusta Hospital) 7: 30-14: 30 Monday-Friday.
A volunteer donor can be:
Person aged 18-45 (and 17 with guardian consent)
Medical criteria: not to suffer from serious diseases (eg cancer, heart disease, infectious diseases)
Permanent resident of Cyprus
Donor for each patient
Have not sampled before
