Many times it happens that there is leftover food which you put in the fridge to eat the next day. But what is the right way to reheat food.
Especially when it comes to spaghetti, meat and rice. See below:
Spaghetti
Put a little water in a pan to cover the bottom, add the spaghetti and a little oil and mix for 3-5 minutes. They are ready and look almost like freshly cooked.
Chicken and other dry meats
In this case you have to be patient so that your meat does not dry out. Put it in a pan in the oven and preheat it to 200-250 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, put it in a lightly oiled pan and heat it for 1-2 minutes, making sure to turn it on both sides.
Rice
Put the leftover rice in a pan with a little olive oil and heat it over medium heat. Stir at regular intervals so that it does not stick to the pan. Avoid the microwave because it will most likely dry out.
