Activists for vines: 3km. swords in the hands of the Police

More than 3 sparrows were spotted by foreign activists during his campaign for grapevines and the illegal trapping of protected birds in Cyprus.

In a post today on their official social media page, the activists of the Committee Against Bird Slaughtering (CABS) organization report that this year's campaign in Cyprus is going through the 8th week, a record period for the organization.

At the same time, it is reported that during this year's campaign, 3.009 spies, 131 networks and 88 sound-imitating devices have been located and confiscated in cooperation with the Police.

And all this in the middle of recent very strong reactions by the organized hunters who have collected more than ten thousand signatures for the banning of the activity of foreign activists in Cyprus but also for the change of the new legislation. Alongside, the Minister of Justice himself called the citizens to denounce any phenomena of illegal action of foreign activists but also violation of personal privacy.
