In the last 1.065 hours, the Police carried out a total of 24 inspections nationwide in Cyprus, as part of the inspections to comply with the measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus.

As a representative of the Press Office of the Police stated to KYPE, during the inspections, from 6 p.m. yesterday Thursday until 6 p.m. Today, members of the Force made a total of 4 complaints of premises and 10 complaints of citizens, with the majority of complaints to citizens concerning the non-use of a mask.

More specifically, in the province of Nicosia 134 inspections were carried out and 1 citizen complaint and no property complaint were reported, in Limassol province 180 inspections were carried out with 2 citizen complaints and no property complaint, in Larnaca province 185 inspections were carried out and 4 citizen complaints were filed, without any citizen complaints. 141 inspections were carried out in the province of Paphos and 3 inspections of premises and 1 citizen were carried out, in Famagusta 200 inspections were carried out which resulted in 2 complaints of citizens and 1 establishment and finally, in the area of ​​Morfos 88 inspections were carried out without any complaint citizen.

In addition, out of the 1.065 inspections, 137 concerned inspections of the Coast Guard, without any complaint.

Airport inspections did not reveal any complaints.
