Famagusta: Complaint of 3 citizens and an establishment for non-compliance with the measures of the coronavirus

A total of 26 complaints were registered in Cyprus

During the night, the Police carried out 1.720 inspections throughout Cyprus regarding the implementation of the measures against the spread of the coronavirus, recording a total of 26 complaints. Of these, two concerned real estate and the rest of the citizens who either did not wear a mask or violated the restriction on traffic after 11 pm in the provinces of Limassol and Paphos.

Specifically, as a representative of the Press Office of the Police stated in KYPE, in the last 24 hours in Nicosia 205 checks were carried out and 5 citizens were reported, in Limassol 244 checks were carried out which resulted in 5 complaints of citizens, 4 for violation of the 11 traffic ban. In the evening, in Larnaca, out of 436 inspections, 5 citizens 'complaints emerged, in Paphos, out of 345 inspections, 6 citizens' complaints and a property complaint were made, 5 concerned a traffic ban, in the free province of Famagusta, 380 inspections were carried out with a property complaint and 3 citizens in the area of Morfos, 52 inspections were carried out without any complaint.

Finally, from the 66 checks of the port police, no complaint emerged.
