The sales of the second stage of the project "Grand Sapphire" near the beach in the occupied Trikomo, were completed in just 8 hours, during which a total of 340 apartments were sold, out of the 682 that were available for sale.
Sales were open to buyers from 40 countries.
According to the GTP, Avrupa writes that the beach which is "one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean", it will host 1.200 residences and a 5-star hotel. It will also have the largest swimming pool in Cyprus.
The new phase of the project consisting of a total of 6 apartment buildings and 682 apartments will be completed and delivered in June 2026.
