In the occupied city of Famagusta, the celebration of the Epiphany will be held again this year.

An announcement of the Holy Metropolis of Constantia and Famagusta states that "on Monday, January 6, 2020, the Epiphany celebrations will be held for the fifth consecutive year in the occupied city of Famagusta."

It will be preceded "from 07.30 - 10.30 in the morning by the Divine Liturgy and the Great Sanctification of the Epiphanies in the Holy Temple of Agios Georgios of Exorinos in the walled city of Famagusta. The Holy Sequences will be added by the Protosyggellos of the Holy Metropolis, Archimandrite Augustinos Kkaras ".

Then around 11.30 in the morning will take place in the sea area "Glossa", the diving ceremony of the Holy Cross and the sanctification of the waters.

For those who wish to attend, the transfer will be free. Buses will depart at 06.30 in the morning of Monday, January 6, 2020, from Agios Georgios Havouzas to the provinces of Limassol and Paphos. At seven in the morning the buses will depart from Agios Georgios Paralimni Square, the premises of the Fire Service in Larnaca and the Handicraft Center in Nicosia.
