In the 200 Guitars for Mikis Theodorakis with Nena Venetsanou, the biggest guitar event established in Cyprus, students of the Guitar department of the Open School of the Municipality of Agia Napa had the unique opportunity to participate together with their teacher Mrs. Vasso Charalambous Vassiliki Charalambous Anastassi the Monday, July 4 at the Municipal Theater of Nicosia.
The concert was organized by the Cyprus Guitar Orchestra with Antonis Koiza as artistic director under the direction and orchestration of Antonis Mytakidis, soloists George & Stelios Golgaris, Cyprus Guitar Trio and Mario Andreou on vocals.
At the concert, the acclaimed composer and singer Nena Venetsanou presented some of the masterpieces of our great creator Mikis Theodorakis together with professors and students from universities, conservatories and music schools of the Ministry of Music.
