The movement and placement of the 26 sculptural creations by recognized artists that were created during the 25th (November – December 8) and 2022th (May 9) International Sculpture Symposium of the Municipality of Ayia Napa began on Monday, February 2023.
The International Sculpture Park of Ayia Napa, a great Cultural innovation, a continuous promotion and creation of art, an international recognition of Ayia Napa, a given legacy for future generations. Culture is a heritage and every generation must learn and earn it from the beginning with preservation and continuous new creation according to the announcement of the Municipality of Ayia Napa.
The first sculptures installed are KISS 1 & KISS 2 by the sculptor CORALIE QUINCIEY from France.
MEDUSA sculpture by sculptor SEPIDEH RAZMJOO from Iran, HYPNOSIS sculpture by sculptor LYUDMYLA MYSKO from Ukraine and HARP sculpture by sculptor SERGII OLESHKO from Ukraine.
During the installation process, the president of the "AROMA" Association of Ayia Napa - Friends of the Sculpture Park, Mr. Christakis Pittas, and the Cultural Officer of the Municipality of Ayia Napa, Mrs. Maria Tofini Tsantila.
