The Municipality of Ayia Napa and the Holy Diocese of Constantia - Famagusta will hold the Celebrations of the Holy Epiphanies on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at the Holy Temple of Panagia Ayia Napa.
The Divine Liturgy will be added by the Most Venerable Metropolitan of Constantia - Famagusta Mr. Vassilios and will be attended by the Honorable Minister of Transport, Communications and Works Mr. Giannis Karousos, the Mayor Mr. Christos Zannettou, the members of the Municipal Council of Ayia Napo, Aspas Napos.
This will be followed by the Baptism of the Holy Cross and the Sanctification of the Waters in the Port of Ayia Napa. A procession of the National Guard and a Philharmonic will take part.
The first swimmer with a Cross will also be awarded.
Cypriot, Greek Traditional Dances and Songs will follow in the specially designed area of the Port. The musicians Andreas Nikolaou, Antonis Koryzis, Theofanis Theofanous, Andreani Kyprianou play and the Dance Club of the Municipality of Ayia Napa and the Dance Group "Kimon" Xylotympos dance.
