In a modest ceremony that took place on Thursday, November 30, 2023, she was declared an "Ambassador of Tourism" for her 40 visits to Ayia Napa by the Cultural Officer of the Municipality Ms. Maria Tofini Tsantila, on behalf of the Mayor Mr. Christos Zannettos, Ingrid Margareta Soderberg from Sweden.
During the awarding of the plaque and emblem of the "Ambassador of Tourism" of Ayia Napa, Ms. Tofini expressed her heartfelt thanks for her numerous visits and for the special preference she shows for Ayia Napa, at the same time pointing out to her that the Municipality no longer considers her just a visitor but a citizen of Ayia Napa.
