The platform for conducting electronic auctions of mortgage properties, managed by ACB E-AUCTIONS, was launched last Monday, November 18, 2019.
According to what was posted on the website, the first auctions will start on December 18 at 10:00 and they include plots and plots of land of Gordian Holdings Ltd and the Hellenic Bank in various provinces throughout Cyprus.
So far, 27 cases of electronic auctions have been posted.
Four plots of land in the province of Famagusta
Four of the 27 cases are located in the province of Famagusta and concern plots of land with Mortgage Lender "GORDIAN HOLDINGS LIMITED" as shown below:
- Plot of 2.302 sq.m. in Derynia, “Holes” area. Reserved price: € 75.000. Guarantee amount: € 7.500.
- Plot of land 4.692 sq.m. in the Frenaros, area "Kavallos". Reserved price: € 23.000. Guarantee amount: € 2.300.
- Plot of land 5.944 sq.m. in the Avgorou, "Avia" area. Reserved price: € 108.000. Guarantee amount: € 10.800.
- Plot of land 11.370 sq.m. in the Frenaros, area "Kavallos". Reserved price: € 47.000. Guarantee amount: € 4.700.
The operator of the Electronic Auction System is ACB E-AUCTIONS LTD. The auctions will start on December 18, 2019, according to the law. The process of managing and conducting electronic auctions is undertaken by Auction Employees who are registered in the Electronic Auction System.
