Famagusta: Measures against the coronavirus that apply to buses

MEASURES AGAINST KORONI APPLICABLE TO BUSES
From 03/11/2021, by decree of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, our buses will carry passengers equal to 100% of their capacity.
The use of a face mask by all employees and passengers (aged 6 and over) will be mandatory! Passengers who do not wear a face mask will not be allowed on the buses!
Persons aged 12 and over who board our buses must hold and be able to demonstrate to authorized officials the following:
1. EU Digital Covid Certificate of the European Union (EU Digital Covid Certificate),
or 2. Certificate of complete vaccination regimen for his illness COVID-19,
or 3. Evidence of release in cases of illness COVID-19 and provided that no more than six months have elapsed from the date of sampling of their initial positive diagnosis,
or 4. Evidence of a Negative Laboratory Test or Rapid Antigen Detection Test for Disease COVID-19, with sampling completed within 72 hours,
or 5. Cyprus Flight Pass (Cyprus Flight Pass), electronically or by handwritten document, for persons who are not permanent residents of the Republic and enter the Republic legally, through Larnaca and Paphos airports (Expiry of the documents listed here is seven (7) days after the date of arrival and then the said persons must present either a negative laboratory test or a rapid antigen detection test for the disease COVID-19),
or 6. For persons who are not permanent residents of the Republic and who enter the Republic legally through the legal points of entry into the Republic by sea, in the case of cruise ship passengers, or (c) EU Digital Covid Certificate (The documents referred to herein expire seven (7) days after the date of arrival and thereafter the persons concerned must: provide either a negative laboratory test or a rapid antigen detection test for the disease COVID-19).
An Identity Card or Passport will be required as additional proof!
Passengers should always use the liquid hand sanitizer, available on all our buses, to clean their hands when boarding the bus.
Passengers are encouraged, if possible, to maintain the recommended safety distance between their other passengers and drivers at bus stops when boarding the bus, all the way and when getting off the bus.
Where a bus does not have a driver's cab and a protective membrane separating it from the entrance of passengers, the seats behind the driver as well as the first seat on the left (driver's seat - where there is one) must remain empty.
The buses will be cleaned and disinfected frequently, definitely before the start of the service and during the day. Cleaning / disinfection will be done at least every four routes and, where possible, cleaning / disinfection will be done at the end of each route. Cleaning / disinfection will be done carefully, especially on frequently touched surfaces such as handles, handles, metal surfaces, seat belts, rails, etc., using disinfectants and materials recommended by the Ministry of Health.
Buses used to transport students, in addition to the general guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting the buses mentioned above, will be disinfected before and after transporting students. It is recommended as students, sit daily in a predetermined position, where possible. It is also recommended that students who belong to the same department or are siblings sit next to each other.
