The Permanent Criminal Court of Larnaca - Famagusta today imposed on a man, aged 73, "joint prison sentences of seven, five and four years for sexual abuse of two-year-olds and 18-month-olds, for indecent assault against the same children, and imprisonment for intercourse with a young man under the age of 13 ".
According to a written announcement of the Criminal Court, "the hearing was held in camera for the purpose of protecting the identity of the children. The crimes took place between January and February 2019, in the province of Famagusta ".
The Criminal Court states that "for the purposes of imposing the sentence, the circumstances of the commission of the offenses and the personal circumstances of the accused were taken into account".
