This is Joseph Brian Wilkins, date of birth 03/02/1990, from the United Kingdom, holder of a Cypriot identity card, who has been missing from his residence in Frenaros since 7.00 pm on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
The 33-year-old is described as 1.85m tall. approximately, of normal build, with brown, short hair, and brown eyes, and a tattoo on his left wrist. When he left he was wearing black overalls and khaki and black shoes. He drives a white Mercedes car.
