Around 11.30 last night (8/1) night, while a 23-year-old was driving his car on Makarios C 'Avenue in Frenaros, under conditions that are being investigated, he lost control of his vehicle and after hitting a house wall, he overturned and came to a standstill.
His release required the intervention of the Fire Service and then he was transported to Larnaca General Hospital, where he was kept for treatment. His condition is considered out of danger.
In a breathalyzer test, the reading was 53μg instead of 22 which is the legal limit.
The Deryneia Police Station continues the examinations.
