3. Conscripts must arrive for classification on the specified date and time and must bring with them the invitation note sent to them or served by the Military Offices, the identity card or passport or any other official document of the Republic, from which their identity card as well as their temporary diploma (for those who were temporarily dismissed in the past). It is emphasized that conscripts must have provided in advance the necessary documents that they must present during the classification in order to be awarded the number molecules depending on the category to which they belong.

4. Conscripts who wish to submit any request regarding their obligation to enlist in the National Guard with the 2019 ESSO, should submit it to the local Provincial Military Offices or the Ministry of Defense, as the case may be, in order to be examined in time whether or not they are entitled to the relevant benefit.

5. For those conscripts who wish, there is the possibility to be provided with clothing and footwear before the date of classification, by the New Recruits Training Center (KEN Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos) which will be classified each, on 19, 20 and 25 June from 8:00 until 13:00. (a) Those born in the province of Paphos, as well as those born outside Cyprus who reside in that province, of the class 2019, whose surname begins with the letters A to Z, except those who have been postponed for health reasons.

(b) Those born in the province of Paphos, as well as those born outside Cyprus who reside in the said province, of the class 2018, except those who were postponed for health reasons.

(c) Those born in the province of Paphos, as well as those born outside Cyprus who reside in that province, of classes 2017 and previous, except those who were postponed for health reasons.

3. With the exception of those born and residing in the provinces of Nicosia, Kyrenia and Morphou district, who are required to be classified in the KEN of paragraph 6, as well as those born and residing in the province of Limassol and are required to be classified in the KEN Paphos, respectively, the so-called enlisted in the nearest Training Center to their place of residence.

4. Conscripts of classes 1992 and younger, who were temporarily dismissed from the National Guard for any reason after completing their basic training and whose legal stay outside the ranks of the National Guard ended before 2019 or will end within 2019, are obliged to be reclassified the day after the expiration date of their legal stay outside the National Guard, in the Units from which they were fired.

5. Conscripts who have been temporarily or permanently dismissed because they were deemed unfit for military service, after completing their basic training, if they are deemed, after being referred to the competent health committee, fit to serve, to be reclassified in the Units from which they were dismissed, within ten the issuance of the relevant opinion with the care of the competent Military Offices.

6. Those conscripts of the category of paragraphs 4 and 5 who were not reclassified in the Units from which they were dismissed on the due date and have been declared disobedient are obliged to be re-classified on July 1, 2019, in the same Units as above.

7. For those whose Dismissal Unit does not exist or has relocated, the Reclassification Unit will be designated by GEEF / DEMEO.

8. Those who are referred to the competent health committees for a review of their physical fitness, if they fail to appear, are considered qualified first class (I / 1) and are obliged, within one month from the date of their review to be registered in the National Guard for in accordance with the provisions of Article 36 of the Law on VAT.

9. Conscripts belonging to the class 2020 (born in the year 2002) and wishing to be classified as volunteers, are in any case required to have reached the age of 17 at the date of their classification and to have previously been provided with an invitation note by the competent Military Office. For this purpose, they must appear at the Military Office with their guardian, present their political identity and submit a written declaration of their desire with the consent of their parent or guardian.

10. Conscripts must arrive for classification on the specified date and time and must bring with them:

a. The invitation note that will be sent to them or delivered to them by the competent Military Office.
b. The identity card or passport or any other official document of the Republic, from which their identity can be obtained.
c. Evidence of their grammar or technical knowledge.

11. Siblings belonging to the same or different class may, if they wish, be enrolled in the same Training Center on the same day, after submitting a relevant request to the competent Military Office.

12. Participants in official international knowledge competitions or international sports events or in international events representing the Republic within July 2019, exceptionally can be registered at KEN Larnaca on July 1, 2019. In order to be able to be classified they must first submit to the competent Military Offices a relevant certificate from the Ministry of Education and Culture or the Cyprus Sports Organization, as the case may be, in order to provide them with the relevant Invitation Note.

13. Those conscripts who are presented for classification after the date determined for their class and category until July 5, 2019, will be accepted for classification without consequences of disobedience.

14. The first conscripts, who face serious health problems can, if they wish, after their request to the competent Military Office, presenting official documents of their condition, be examined by a military doctor of 106 SNE before their classification, according to a program issued by the Directorate of Health of GEEF.

15. Conscripts who come from deferment for health reasons, can, if they wish, be examined optionally, one (1) month before their classification by the competent doctors of the National Guard in 106 SNE.
It is pointed out that the possibility of medical examination of the conscripts before their classification, by the Doctors of 106 SNE, as mentioned in paragraphs 14 and 15 of the present, is done for better service and avoidance of their suffering, but this does not release them from the obligation to classify in the National Guard, according to the instructions contained in the invitation note, as their physical fitness is judged by the competent health committees as defined in the Law on the National Guard.

16. 18. For the placement of the hoplites from the Training Centers in the Units, in addition to the service criteria and the desire of the recruits and the social, family or other problems they face are taken into account. In case N / S falls into more than one of the above categories, as well as in case of death of one of his parents or disability of both parents, his points are calculated cumulatively.

Each New Recruit who is classified in the KEN on the date of his classification determined by the invitation note, is credited with 10 points for purposes of selection in Weapons or Corps and placement in a Unit.
