With radical changes and new data concerning Local Government, we are headed for self-government elections. The position of Deputy Mayor is now crucial. The Deputy Mayor will be charged with important tasks that directly affect the representation of the municipal apartment in the new Municipality. Among other things, he will deal with the coordination of the Municipal Councilors of the municipal department, the monitoring of the development of infrastructure projects, the co-formulation of the budget, the operation of municipal services.
The Deputy Mayor will beꓹ mainlyꓹ the main representative of the citizens of Paralimni, in the new unified Municipalityꓹ with his sole responsibility and authority, Paralimni. He will be the speaker of every voice and every corner of Paralimni. The Deputy Mayor should propose proposals, obtain support for these proposals from the representatives of the other municipal districts and consult with the organized groups of the Paralimni district. It shouldꓹ alsoꓹ solve problems starting from the cleanliness of the Municipalityꓹ to the operation of the Hotel Units. In addition, it will ensure the well-being and quality of life of the permanent residents, as well as the hundreds of thousands of vacationers, as well as the smooth operation of all State Services housed in our city. In addition, he will plan and make recommendations for important infrastructure projects. His main concern will be the support of our vulnerable fellow citizens, the worker, the businessman, the professional, the young and the elderly.

I humbly place before you my candidacy for the position of Deputy Mayor of Paralimni in the new Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia. Of the cityꓹ where I was sanctified and matured professionally and which I dream and aim to improve even more.
With many years of involvement in the public since adolescence. As a representative in organized groups and president at Paralimni High School. As president of the Cypriot Students of the United Kingdom. As President of the Cyprus Youth Organization with budgets of millions of said Organization, with numerous staff and important projects and obligations. As a struggling lawyer, beyond solving the daily and serious problems of my fellow human beings and fellow citizens. With these experiences, I place myself before you.
