The Municipality of Lysis, in an announcement, states that as of this morning, it is the owner of personal belongings of the late folk poet and master builder at the giants, Giakoumis Atsikikkou, which he was constructing.
As it is mentioned, the personal belongings of Giakoumis Atsikkos that transport to an unforgettable era of Lysis, when he starred in cultural events and for years won the first prize in the flood event in Larnaca, handed over to the Mayor of Lysis, Anare in the presence of the Municipal Councilor Kyriakos Kontovourkis, with their visit to the temporary offices of the Municipality of Lysis, his son Andreas Atsikkos and his grandson, well-known musician Christos Alexandrou.
The two close relatives of Giakoumis Atsikkos handed over: bells and chakkarka, pithkiavlia, verka-ttpouza, his jeepin and the rocka-shaft that took the wool and made thread for his belts and the stitches of his legs.
