Clarification was issued by MIG regarding publications in the electronic press that to date has not received official knowledge of the application based on which was issued on Friday 28.9.2018 a decree of the District Court of Famagusta.

According to a relevant announcement, MIG states that it does not know the alleged applicant Marafast Trading Limited, nor the nature of the case which probably concerns the applicant's banking relationship with the People's Bank of Cyprus.
After today's Cypriot holiday and the receipt of the relevant official documents, MIG will immediately inform the investing public about the case, in which for unknown reasons it was wrongly involved.
