The public is informed that due to the reception of the Holy Zone by the Holy Monastery of Vatopedi on Mount Athos in Paralimni on Monday, February 5, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 13:00 p.m. the following roads will be affected:
Griva Digeni Street from the height of its junction with Tasou Markou Street to Agios Georgiou Street.
Acropoleos Street to Agios Dimitriou Street.
Archbishop Makariou III Street from its junction with Herakli Hatzirakleous and Dionysiou Solomou Street.
Agios Georgiou Street up to its junction with the lane that joins Antoni Papadopoulou Street will remain closed throughout the ceremony.
From the 5th to the 11th of February it is prohibited to stop and park vehicles in the western and northern part of the Metropolitan Church of Agios Georgios.
The public is invited to follow the instructions and instructions of the Police and the staff of the Municipality of Paralimni.
