PARALIMNI: The Festival of Agios Georgios is revived tonight with a musical event

The "Anemoessa" Choir and talented musicians from the province of Famagusta participate - The Festival of St. George in Paralimni is on the list of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage

The Municipality of Paralimni is reviving this year the Festival of Agios Georgios, which since 2018 has been included in the list of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage in the category "Religious Festivals". Therefore, it presents the music and dance Cultural event "T' Ai Yorkou tou Sporo" on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 7 p.m. in the square of the Churches of Agios Georgios and the Holy Metropolis of Constantia and Famagusta in Paralimni.
