The Police have arrested a 28-year-old man, in the context of investigating a robbery case, which was committed yesterday Saturday, in a store, in the province of Famagusta. The 28-year-old suspect was taken into custody, while the TAE of Famagusta continues the examinations.

According to the data under review, the robbery was committed around 3.15:XNUMX am on Saturday, when a suspicious person entered a bakery, in the province of Famagusta, and with the threat of a knife took money from the cash register. The perpetrator then fled.

Members of the Police rushed to the scene where they conducted tests. During the investigation of the case by the TAE of Famagusta, evidence emerged against the 28-year-old suspect, against whom a judicial arrest warrant was issued, for the purposes of investigating the case. He was located and arrested by members of the Police shortly before 5.30 on Saturday afternoon and when interrogated he allegedly confessed to committing the robbery.
